Vincent Mina

Vincent Mina is the head of Hawai’i Farmers Union United and organizer of many educational farming conferences over the years. Co-owner of a family farm for the past twenty five years with wife Irene of Kahanu Aina Greens one of the largest smallest farms in Hawaii producing on average 500 pounds of greens in a farm recycled compost of all the biomass from what has been harvested over those years, on 2,500 sq. ft. in an urban farm setting.
